Call buying is the most common technique used by individual investors, but
beware that success in this form of trading requires good stock-picking
skills and a sense of timing.

Traders think of a position in stock options as a stock substitute that has a
higher leverage and less required capital. After all, options can be used to
bet on the direction of the stock price, just like the stock itself.
Nasdaq is moving down sharply since 5/08/06 to today 5/24/06 at 7 months
low. It is not at the bottom yet.
When Nasdaq finishes its downtrend and shows confirmed uptrend (based
on our most fundamental basic pattern). We can trade Call Options on
QQQQ and other major Nasdaq stocks such as JDSU, MSFT, DELL, etc., if
they are also in uptrend.
