Do you know how to recover from a drawdown?

Most traders increase their position size after hitting 2-3 consecutive losses. Anger and frustration takes over and that small drawdown turns into a bigger loss. Instead of letting the situation spiral out of control, I'm going to show you how I deal with drawdowns.

In this video you're going to watch me recover from a loss by trading half the size, that's right. I will be trading half the number of contracts than I usually do. You see, when I'm not in sync with the market, in other words when I have taken losses the very first thing I do is reduce my position size.
