When I first began trading over 15 years ago as a retail trader, I immersed myself in every book, system, and strategy I could find. I started with commodities and forex, and later moved into futures.

Over time, I realised that many of the strategies and courses available were created by individuals who were unable to think beyond the limitations of a typical retail trader’s perspective.

The common theme was always the same: chase the move after it had already begun.

For someone with a small account, this often meant wide stop losses, high risk exposure, and a significant chance of losing most, if not all, of their capital. Even those who became skilled at these conventional methods often found themselves stuck at breakeven, eventually burning out from the constant effort to stay profitable.

Driven by curiosity and determination, I decided to rethink everything. I believed from the start that you should not need deep pockets to enter and exit the market at levels where major participants operate. Instead of accepting conventional wisdom, I began refining my own methods. Over time, my approach evolved into something I can confidently describe as both precise and highly efficient.

I am still human and I make mistakes, just like the best traders in the world, but what truly matters is having the confidence to act on opportunities before others see it. Rather than fearing large institutions, I aimed to operate at the same level as global financial giants such as JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup.

This pursuit led me to master the art of scalping, an approach many retail traders doubt can still work in an era dominated by supercomputers, algorithms, and artificial intelligence systems.

What I have learned is that markets are ultimately driven by human decisions. Behind every trade is someone allocating capital with the expectation of a return. To outperform others, you must be proactive.

My goal has always been to enter positions before retail traders recognise the move and ideally before large institutions fully commit. That early positioning creates low risk opportunity and that is exactly how money is made.

Most retail trading strategies focus on entering trends after they become obvious. In my experience, professionals think differently. The edge is in identifying opportunity before it becomes visible to the crowd and exiting at optimal prices.

After years of research, testing, and refinement, I have built a structured approach that forms the foundation of my Art of Scalping course. It is a method developed through experience and dedication, designed to teach you not just what to do, but how, why, and when to do it.
