An hour long trading session on a slow Friday.

I like to call this a breakeven day.

Market has been trading in a range with choppy sideways movement this morning.

I got some of my trades wrong but still managed to recover from the intra-day drawdown.

There will be days when you are not in sync with the market, when you expect price to move in a certain way but it just doesn't. The important thing is to realise this and not fight the urge to make money on a day like this.

Never let your ego step in and emotions take over when trading, you must remain humble at all times, this is a trait every successful trader must develop.
